Having worked successfully in the property and mortgage market for many years our experienced mortgage adviser, Kelly Williams identified the need for clear mortgage advice. As a result, the owners of two leading independent estate agents decided to join forces with an experienced professional mortgage advisor, to create CSW Mortgages (trading name of Medical and Professional Investment LLP).
This different, yet refreshing approach to the mortgage market, ensures that clients of CSW Mortgages receive professional, independent advice. This enterprise launched in 2020 has now grown to five people as we continue to seek the best mortgage for our increasing number of clients. I started as a part-time negotiator with Halifax Property services at the tender age of 16! Fast forward some 30 plus years later, after a stella career in the Financial Services Industry, having been a successful Mortgage Advisor and Mortgage Trainer, I now find myself as a director of a brand-new refreshing mortgage company. Being lucky enough to team up with both Gareth and Steve, two highly regarded successful estate agents. We have the same ethos and passion to provide the best customer service and commitment to do the right thing. I’m very passionate about helping people and providing clear mortgage and protection advice.

Sally joined at the very start of the CSW journey. Sally has a wealth of administration experience and is the person who brings order and efficiency to the day to day running of CSW. She has already made changes to our processes and systems, streamlining them. In an ever-changing market, Sally ensures we keep up to date and plan for the future. When not in work, on her occasional day off, Sally likes to take a trip to London to visit her daughter and see the sights.

As a former member of the Royal Airforce, self-discipline, quality, and a desire to be the best has been instilled in me from my teenage years. Some three decades later, I have held a senior management position within the Halifax before I moved away from the corporate world and now run my own successful Sales & Lettings agency. This desire to be the best has not diminished and after a great deal of research and leg work, I am pleased to announce that I have been able to form a new partnership with one of the best – if not the best mortgage advisor I have had the pleasure to work with, and a former colleague and friend who also runs a respected sales and lettings agency. Between the three of us we offer over 100 years of experience in the property market, for our valued clients to tap into.
